1932 – 2019

With sadness we announce that Margaret passed away at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Friday morning, November 22, 2019. She was 87 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Laronde (October 25, 1993). Dearly loved mother of David (Cheryl) of Ottawa; Dan (Jean) of Kanata; Nancy Reinke (Michael) of Eganville; Gloria Tippins (Rob) of Burnstown; Diane Pringle (David) of Kanata and Robert “Bob” (Rachel Landheer) of Ottawa.  Cherished and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Dawne Valerie, Philip, Natalie, Ryan, Travis, Angie, Janie, Joshua, Jordan, Curtis, Tatem and William and her great-grandchildren: Zachary, Elyssa, Kaleb, Issac, Cassidy, Teagan, Tyler, Amy, Zoey, and Olivia. Dear sister of George “Muggs” Foster (Donna), Charlie Foster, Robert “Bob” Foster (late Stephanie) Joan Chappel (late Dave) and Carol Rouillard (John). Daughter of the late John and Rita (nee Hudson) Foster, Margaret was also predeceased by her two brothers: John “Jackie” and Francis Foster as well as a sister, Norma Hillis (late Gord).  Margaret’s final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, November 27th from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. A Funeral Service followed at Gateway Church, 128 Mary Street, Arnprior on Wednesday morning, November 27th at 11 o’clock. Interment at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. In memory, please consider a donation to  Gateway Church.
