Bill was part of the greatest generation, those who lived and fought through World War 2. With him go those memories of events and battles we can only read about in history books. Our families were neighbours on Seymour Street, now River Road. There was no one left from Seymour Street except Bill and now with his passing, so does that memory. Joan, Janet and my mother were best friends and are buried close together under beautiful pines where Bill will now reunite with them for eternity. A new Seymour Street under the pines.

So many beautiful memories, Christmas Eve at Auntie Claire and Uncle Art’s.. to Bebe gun target practice, to you and Phil dirt biking into the grove.. to your handstands and piano playing. And many many more to last us our lives.
