My sincerest condolences to your entire family for the sad loss of Scott. I was a seasonal worker at Bayshore Shopping Centre and I remember him as such a go-getter. Moving constantly. All of the time. Super busy. Very helpful. He ran that place like it was his home. Always had a serious look on his face but when he did have a mere second of time he would try one of our samples of food (I worked for Hickory Farms) and have a short chat. God Bless you all! May Scott be remembered as a great man. Cheers!

Scott was such a soften spoken man, so kind hearted and would help anyone, he was a wonderful neighbor and friend. We in our little community here will miss Scott deeply. May all your wonderful memories help you and your family at the saddened time. RIP Scott gone but never forgotten, taken from this world far too soon. Jeff, Yvonne and Chester.

Dear Dianne and family - Mere words can not adequately express our sadness at Scott’s sudden passing. We will miss seeing him walking the dog by our house and when this spring’s lilies of the valley come up through the ground, I will remember him. Never did anyone fathom he would be taken from those he loved so prematurely. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Sincere condolences,
Andrea & Paul Badour

Dianne and family,
I am still in disbelief that Scott is no longer with us. I had the privilege of working with him for the last 11 years. He made our office a better place and always had a good joke or story to share. If you needed help with anything, Scott was always there and first to lend a hand. He was an original. My deepest condolences to you and all of his family and friends. Karen

Dear Hindshaw family, I met Scott in 2014 during the Bayshore development, while his work ethic and easy nature made the work effort lighter, it was his kind spirit that resonated with me. Without a doubt, many others were the recipient of his kindness and generous spirit as well. My deepest sympathies to your family, Ellen

Hey Dianne from Bert Paula and family I am passing on our sincerest condolences for Scott on behalf of the entire Bayshore Team and Vanderwal family who as you know Scott has been a part of and a valued member of for the last 32 years . You will never meet a more gentle, kind, giving human being then brother Scott. We will miss his sense of humour, his ability to laugh at all my jokes no matter how bad or out of line they were. I always told Scott you should be a pilot as your calm steady demeanour always ensured a positive outcome!! Scott you will be missed and Bayshore will never be the same. Take care Scott buddy!

This couldn't be more true Bert. I remember seeing you and Scott in the morning with a coffee in hand and conversation a foot in the food court. Once the coffee was done, the shenanigans would begin. I am sadden to hear of Scotts passing. He would always pop by the security office to see how we were doing and wouldn't hesitate to step in to help. The world is a lesser place but one thing we can hang onto is knowing that he is at peace and watching over us. RIP Scott, thank you for everything.

Thank you for all you did Scott. You were very generous, caring, fun and an all round good guy. Always there for me whenever I needed a hand. Like a night in shining armour, is what I had called/said to him on so many occasions. Every time I saw Scott I knew my day was going to be better. He knew how to make me laugh and smile. It was just by being himself. Thank you for being you...
