Obituary of Scott Hindshaw
With profound sadness and broken hearts, the family announces that Scott passed away at the Ottawa Hospital – General Campus on Sunday evening, April 18, 2021; Robert Scott Hindshaw of White Lake was 59. Besides his wife, Dianne, Scott is survived by his two sons: Christopher Hindshaw and Adam Newton (Amanda) as well as his cherished granddaughter, Jordan Newton. Son of the late Robert and Cybil Hindshaw, Scott was also recently predeceased by his stepmom, Violet Winship. Above all else, Scott was a family man. Taking care of his loved ones and providing for their needs was always his number one priority. Spending time with his granddaughter Jordan, was a treasured gift that he took advantage of at every opportunity. When finally convinced to take some down time, he enjoyed pontoon boating with his family; fishing; golf and barbecuing in the backyard always preparing way too much food. Though he was taken from us far too soon, his “lead by example” teachings will live on forever. He leaves a legacy of hard work, helping others, love and compassion. Scott’s final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. In memory, please consider a donation to Friends To The End Dog Rescue would be most appreciated.
