I am very sorry to hear of Wes’ passing. He will be so missed by his family, friends and happy customers of the Wine Villa. Wes always had a smile on his face when I arrived - helping me with my numerous boxes - in and out! He loved his business and his customers and was always interested in catching up on our lives and us catching up on his. Rest In Peace Wes. You will always be remembered.

We offer our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Wesley's family. We have known Wes since he and Mark started the Wine Craft store in Stittsville many years ago, which eventually became The Wine Villa. Over the years Wes and Mike at the Stittsville location have kept us well supplied with their excellent wines. Their expertise, perfectionism and consistently reliable service has been much appreciated for many years. We will miss Wes' cheerful presence, mild manner and accommodating welcome. He always had a smile for us when we were at The Wine Villa. We are grateful to have known Wes, and wish his family only happy memories as time heals the grief of bereavement. I write this in shock and sadness and deepest sympathy to Wes' family. I saw him just two weeks ago today at the Wine Villa in Stittsville and he was the one who helped me with the bottling that day. We talked about many things -- the weather, the state of the world, the summer, plans if any for the fall and winter and briefly about Sherman whom I had known at Wine Villa for many years. Wes was a wonderful and kind person, not a talkative person but one who spoke more and longer the longer one knew him. I will miss him as I know you, his family, already do. Take comfort in each other.

We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Wes. We had so many wonderful talks (and laughs) with him while making our wine in Stittsville.
