Our family knew Mrs. Hale when our daughter attended the West End Coop Nursery School way back in the 1970s. She was a remarkable person, teacher, and role model for we young parents and for the children lucky enough to fall under her spell! Many years later I visited her at her home on Island Park Drive to tell her my daughter had turned out all right! She was still a funny, thoughtful, and utterly charming soul! Our deepest sympathy to Isobel’s family. We will always remember her fondly. Stewart Goodings.
