Obituary of Bud Lindsay

While heartbroken by his sudden passing yet grateful for a full well lived life, the Lindsay family announces that Bud was called home to be with his Lord and Saviour while surrounded by loved ones on Thursday evening, December 8, 2022. He was 87. Beloved husband for over 61 years of Margaret. Dearly loved and respected Dad of Mark (Kate) and David (Jennifer). Proud and encouraging Grandpa of Patrick (Katherine) and Ryan Lindsay. Dear brother of Betty McNab (Don). Predeceased by his sister, Lois McLellan (late Ken) and 3 brothers: Harold (Thelma), Bert and Jack Lindsay. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and so many wonderful friends. Son of the late Evans and Kathleen (nee Wallace) Lindsay.

Bud’s final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation will take place on Friday, December 16^th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m.

In light of the expected inclement weather on Friday the family have added an additional visitation to be held on Saturday from 10am to 1pm.

The Funeral Service will then be conducted in Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, 116 Baskin Drive, Arnprior on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock.

Luncheon to follow in the Church Auditorium.

Private interment White Lake Cemetery.
