Theresa, Westin Dana and all Andy’s family. There are not enough words to express what a wonderful man Andy was. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have had him as a colleague, mentor and friend. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for his passing. I will keep you all in my prayers during this most difficult time. Remember one thing “Love never dies”. He will live on in all your hearts forever. Theresa,Dana and Westin it was such a shock to learn the sudden passing of Andy. We considered him as a special friend and enjoyed many times together while working at Scotiabank over the years. Andy was liked by all who met him and never said a bad word about anyone. My heartfelt condolences to Theresa and kids.....I worked with Andy in Scotiabank and he was like a mentor. I learned a lot from him. He used to read the paper at lunch and we would chat sometimes. He always talked about his kids and Theresa. We had a Christmas party at a ranch in Kanata with a sleighride and we had music afterwards. He and Theresa were singing and playing the spoons, he made you feel like a friend even though he was a boss. I am so sad to hear this and I wish you strength in the coming days.....RIP Andy, you were a true gentleman

Dear Theresa and family, we send all of you our heartfelt sympathy. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Andy was so special in so many ways and even if you hadn't seen each other for years he always made you feel like it was yesterday. Andy was so kind, I can still see the big smile on Dad's face when Andy pulled into Mom and Dad's driveway with his new Harley!!! Andy's smile was just as big and wow was that Harley shining!! Andy knew that would be so special for Dad and they talked about Dad's Harley he had after the War. Dad never forgot that and Andy was loved by so many and will be dearly missed. I'm so sad to hear this and our condolances go out to Andy's family. Andy was such a large part of the Ottawa Chapter of the Ride For Dad and helped raise millions of dollars for our Fight Against Prostate Cancer. Andy became a a wonderful friend to so many of us with the Ride For Dad and we will certainly miss him.
