To Joyce, Tracey,Tim, Tanya and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Hugh was a very special man and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
My late husband Robert and I first met Hugh in the fall of 1959 when we were all first year students at UofGuelph. Hugh, Robert and Bill Meek, were roommates and bonded over getting up to some hijinks and playing tricks on each other!!
The three of them remained good friends over the years..
It was an unexpected, happy surprise for us when Hugh and Joyce eventually moved from Barrhaven and bought a house in our neighborhood of Pineglen, Nepean.
Hugh and Rob renewed their special friendship and we had lots of fun times together before they moved on to their beautiful home in Arnprior..
May your memories of Hugh, and his life well lived, bring you comfort and peace of heart at this sad time.
