I had the opportunity to spend time with Jean-Guy many times over the years I have been friends with Lloyd. He was always such a happy and positive presence, with a fantastic sense of humour. He was quick to share a joke and a kind word. My condolences to the Asselin family. He has left a legacy of wonderful memories in his absence.

Sincere condolences to Jean Guy's family. Jean Guy will also be missed by his many friends. I haven't seen Jean Guy for quite a few years but I will always consider him a very good friend. We went to College together in 1965, roomed beside each other at Maple Lodge when we attended Nuclear Training in Rolphton and worked together at Douglas Point. This is sad news indeed because I intended to drop in for a visit when I travel to Renfrew this summer.
Rest in Peace Jean Guy.

My condolences to Leigh and Lloyd. Sorry to hear of the passing of John. He was a different sort with a good heart and a fondness for spaghetti and Molson Canadian. We worked on the same shift in the 80s, I worked for his business for a while in the early 90s and when my marriage dissolved he gave me refuge at his home in Tiverton. We shared the same birth date and I would give him a call once in a while to catch up. He has been in my thoughts of late. I hope he had some joy in his last years. Rest in peace Jean Guy.

I knew of Jean-Guy through the stories from my Dad, and those stories showed me how great of a man he was. My Dad moved to this area a few years ago, and he and Jean-Guy quickly became friends. My Dad looked forward to the time he spent with John-Guy, often times meeting up for coffee or lunch. You will be missed Jean-Guy, my condolences to all his friends and loved ones.
