Bob was a true gentleman and a well liked and respected colleague. Wayne and I both had the privilege of working with Bob at Public Works and always enjoyed talking with him, having lunch with him or just sharing a laugh. May he rest in peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. While it had been several years since we spoke I have fond memories of him and Carmel visiting Mom and Dad, Alice and Don Lamorie, when I was a child. He was larger than life and brought a lot of humour and energy wherever he went. He was a good godfather and was always attentive and happy to play games with me when I was a child. When talking with him he made you feel as if there was nowhere he would rather be. It was a gift. He'll be missed. Rest in peace Bob. <3

so saddened to hear of Bobby's passing. Bob was a dear friend of my brother Tom and I had the great privilege of getting to know him on a personal basis when we were in the Arnprior Optimist Club together. Always a jovial laugh and a volunteer you could count on to get the job done.... his driving skills were legendary ;-) say hello to Tommy for me.

To Ray and the Legault family ,My condolences. Bob was a classmate throughout our schooling in Arnprior.. In our day , our generation played every sport under the guidance of A.C. Ward, Bill Sly and Bert Hall. We had great camaraderie and built a network of good friends for many years.. Bob was the quintessential "Prior Boy:" He spent all of his life in and around Arnprior and knew just about everyone.. He was a gentleman and will be missed by many. May he rest in Peace Bob Wall

Thoughts and prayers to Bob's family. A great guy that always had time for a chat around town or at the golf course. Always enjoyed our golf games over the years in Daytona Beach. He knew all the places to put your feet up after a game. The town is a different place today with his passing. He did so much with the Optimist Club amongst other things.

So sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. As a fellow Optimist, I can recall many meetings, events , parties and other social gatherings where he and Carmel were a big part of a successful outing. Always one with sage advice when meetings would sometimes go off topic, Bob had a calm way to bring us back on track while adding some levity to ease the situation. Bob was a very giving and kind person, he was very welcoming to new members and always made them feel they were part of club from day one. I will always remember his devotion and commitment to our club and his steadfast pleasure to see and hear when the youth in our town excelled at whatever endeavour they undertook and knew our club had a hand in it to make it happen. Bobby was a true gentleman, a friend, a mentor and personified what it means to be an Arnprior Optimist Club member. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed.
