It is with genuine sadness that I express my deepest condolences to Yvonne’s family. Yvonne and I met in 2023 when I moved into the same building. She had just received a new kitty this spring and, although he tired her out, she loved her new friend. Yvonne had a very kind heart, and a generous soul. I will miss her little tap at my door. Down to earth and non judgemental, she expressed so much gratitude for her girls Jackie and Jessica. The last time I saw Yvonne, I felt bad because I was on an important telephone call and she waited for our visit with patience. When the call was going on longer than expected, I told her we’d have to visit tomorrow. She gave my a kiss on the cheek and said my hugs never expired. We would talk the next day. Tomorrow never came. Rest in peace my friend.
