I want to send my condolences to Lori and family on the passing of Steve. My memories of Steve are from the curling days when I curled with he and Lori at the Arnprior Curling Club. Steve was always a fun loving guy to curl with. My most recent time spent with Steve was this past year when I volunteered with the Adult Day Program. Steve was always looking for music and the opportunity to sing. It was a joy to have spent this special time with him. We will all miss him.

My condolences to the Anderson family. I met Steve at the curling club and played many games together. Later we shared our knowledge about biodieseling and shared our interest in the slowest Mercedes diesel cars you can find. Had lots of laughs together and discussions about the environment. He was truly a great guy and it was a privilege to know him. I wish the family strength in this difficult time.

Dear Lorie, Lesley, Steph, Christine, Erin and families
We were so sorry to hear that Steve had passed. He will be remembered as a man with a keen mind, a great sense of humour, sharp wit, an appreciation of nature and the environment and of course his love for a cold pint . We have many fond memories of being friends and neighbours with Steve & Lorie in the Bay. It was a pleasure to have known him.

Steve was a great friend and family man. So many good times, golfing, playing pool in the basement, family BBQ's, and of course boating. Steve was fondly known to my kids as Mr. Leisure. I guess that's because he always wore a smile and he had a relaxed aura about him. Steve thoroughly enjoyed life and it was a pleasure to know him and spend time with him. Always willing to chip in and help friend or share his technical knowledge and lifeâs wisdom.
To Lori, Christine, Stephanie, Lesley, and Erin, My deepest condolences on Steveâs passing.
To Steve, Thank you Steve for the time you with us, we all better for knowing you and you will be fondly remember as a great friend and wonderful soul!

I have so many wonderful memories of Steve and Lorie, Christine, Stephanie, Lesley and Erin from our camping days together, including a great trip to PEI, where we visited John and Sandra. Singing with Steve at all the family gatherings was a special joy, and it brought him so much happiness. Steve will be deeply missed by his family and so many good friends. Sending much love to you, Lorie, and to your girls.

As a kid, I spent many weeks over many summers at the house on Dochart Street - like my Uncle Steve and Auntie needed another girl in the house! I remember Uncle Steve always busy building, fixing, going, doing, except Sundays when weâd rise early to attend church. The best part was watching my uncle sing and play guitar at the front of the little church. Then weâd return home for a big breakfast and heâd rest. I believe this photo is of one of those restful Sundays, book in hand. May you now have eternal rest, Uncle Steve. You lived in a good way. Hugs to my Auntie, my cousins and their families.
