My condolences to all the family. Bob was an amazing friend,and father figure to me. We spent many hours at either Robert Simpson park, or Red Pine Bay swapping stories about our days in the military. I know I will miss him dearly.

Corrine, Steph, Scott and families ... I was saddened to hear the news about Bob's passing. There was never a dull moment whenever I crossed paths with 'The Mailman' through the years, first as neighbours then when we'd run into each other around town. Lots of laughs, quite a bit of BS, a few growls and no shortage of smiles. He was a true character who is in quite a few of the stories I share with friends and family about the good times in the 'Prior. My heart goes out to all of you, but take peace in knowing that's a pretty strong guardian angel to be looking out for each of you. Bob was always a great guy to have on your side!
