Obituary of Dave Richardson

Dave passed away peacefully at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice in Kanata on the evening of Tuesday, December 10, 2024;

William David Richardson of Pakenham was 80 years of age.

Beloved husband of Shirley Ann Young. Much loved Father of Sean (Stephanie) and Mark.

Dear brother of Tony Richardson, Maria Valiant, Mark Richardson and Elizabeth Foucault (John).

Predeceased by his parents: Arthur and Mary (nee Roberts) Richardson as well as a sister, Louise Daviault (Pete).

Dave spent much of his working days as an equipment operator. He was very proud of his

1961 International Harvester pick up truck that he happily took to area car shows during the Summer months over the past several years.

His gentle and kind presence will be missed.

Dave’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior.

A private family interment will take place at the Pinecrest Cemetery in Ottawa.
